Walk and talk or ecotherapy is counselling outdoors, walking side by side in nature
My Approach
My main theoretical approach is Person-Centred. Carl Rogers was a Psychologist and the founding father of Client-Centred Therapy (1951) which he later referred to as Person-Centred Therapy. His approach provided a warmer, more personable approach in contrast to Freudian Psychoanalysis.

About me
I had my first experience of Counselling over 15 years ago when I was going through a particularly difficult time in my life which was later diagnosed as pre/post-natal depression, severely imparing my mental health. I felt completely overwhelmed by feelings of fear and was incredibly lost.
